FAQ

When do I meet the staff member coming to my home?

After requesting a quote, we will arrange a meet and greet or walk through prior to your service date. This will give us a better understanding of how we can help!

What is included in house sitting?

We give your home a "lived-in" look with changing blinds and lighting, gathering mail, plant care, and security checks around your property. We can add lawn mowing or snow removal as needed at an additional cost.

What types of animals can you care for?

We are familiar with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, reptiles, and fish - but if you are able to give instructions, we are confident that we can care for most critters, big or small.

How often will you visit my pets?

For higher needs animals we can visit as many as 4 times in a day and customize length of visits as required. Overnight stays can be arranged as needed (limited availability).

Are you insured?

Yes! ELSEWHERE is fully licensed and insured. All staff are covered by WCB. Our responsible team is covered to keep you safe.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to return your deposit. Rescheduling can be done at no charge.
